How can I login or Register on Website?

Is there any minimum order limit?

No there is no minimum limit until it is mentioned on the product page.

How do I view what’s in my shopping cart?

Click on the Cart Icon in the upper-right corner of your computer screen/Mobile Screen. This will allow you to view all items currently in your cart.

How do I remove items from my cart?

First, click on the Cart Icon in the upper-right corner of your computer screen/Mobile Screen. This will allow you to view all items currently in your cart. Once you have identified the item that you would like to delete,

  • Go to the cart page and click/touch on the the Cross Sign shown that the product which you want to remove from cart.
  • Another way is to reduce the quantity to zero of those products you want to remove from cart and click Update Cart button.

I have placed an order, but not yet received the Order/shipping confirmation.

How long does it take for my order to be processed?

Orders are processed within 30 minutes and are normally shipped on the same day if placed before 3:00 PM

Some orders which are big and contain many parts ,such orders need more time to process.

What is your returns policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for some reason item you received is damaged or if item is different than what you have ordered on website then you can return your item, you’ll need to call our sales department at +(92) 213 663 2621 to obtain a Refund or Resend. Once you have contact and informed on our number, please follow these three easy instructions to return your Item:

Make sure the item is in resalable condition. We cannot refund or credit returned modules that are soldered or any part missing.
Enclose a copy of your invoice. Please include a copy of the original invoice (or the invoice number and invoice date) with the returned item so that we can issue the proper credit or refund.
Ship the package to our address. To guarantee delivery, please insure your package ship by TCS, M&P or Leopards Coureir Service. Returns must be sent to:Shop # 26 Haidery Memorial Market Block-E North Nazimabad Karachi, Pakistan.

How can i track my orders?

Login with your email id and go to the My Dashboard page and select Orders ,under the Actions click “View”.

It might take 24 hours for tracking number to become active. But don’t worry your shipment is on the way and will reach you soon.

How will i know my order is placed successfully?

After you complete the checkout process, a receipt will appear on your screen detailing your final order including shipping charges, your billing address, and the items that are being sent to your shipping address. Please keep this receipt for your reference.

You will also receive confirmation via e-mail that we have received in your order. (Please be sure to enter your e-mail address correctly on the order form so that we can be sure to deliver your confirmation to you.)

We will also call on your provided number for order confirmation.

What are your payment options?

Payment Methods available are as follows:

  1. Cash On Delivery : Pay at the time of delivery
  2. Bank Transfer (Online Internet Banking)
    Bank Accounts : Meezan bank, MCB, Standard Chartered
    Transfer method: Transfer via Online Internet Banking, ATM, or Direct deposit by visiting any bank branch.
  3. EasyPaisa Mobile Account: Transfer directly into Mobile Account , no need for CNIC # , No extra Fee

Can I make payment on delivery?

Yes, you can make payment on delivery, Which is called CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) service. Once you get the package you will get receipt having total amount mentioned on the Parcel. You must pay the cash first (to Delivery Man) to open the parcel. Once parcel is opened you can not return it to delivery person. If you have any refund related issue you can contact us with in 3 days after receiving the parcel.

How will i receive the Confirmation of Payment transferred?

If you choose the Advance payment option , after transferring the amount please inform us by CALL, SMS or sending us the proof of the payment transferred by Email or on Whatsapp.
After we receive the confirmation message from our Bank/Telenor Easypaisa , we will confirm your order.

These delivery methods are available  : TCS  and M&P Courier

How can I check if I am eligible for COD?

After you place the order we will inform you by call if COD service is not available in your area.

What are your shipping and handling rates?

Rate are mentioned with the Shipping methods and can be checked at the time of the checkout.

However you can see them here too.

TCS (Cash on delivery) : 250 PKR 

M&P Courier : 120 PKR

* Rates mentioned above are only for the 500 grams of Parcel weight. Delivery charges will increase with weight.

What is your dispatch origin?

We dispatch parcels from Karachi , Sindh

How long after placing my order should I expect to receive my shipment?

Delivery can take 1 to 4 working days, Delivery time varies by destination area.

Is shipping available for all cities in Pakistan?

We ship by TCS and M&P Courier Service so shipping is available to all cities of Pakistan where these courier services are available and your area should be in their coverage area, Otherwise you need to go to Courier’s office for self collect of your parcel.

What if I need to change my address or suspend delivery of my parcel?

Please call us on +(92) 213 663 2621 or +(92) 311 226 6754 with your changes at least 2 hours before order dispatch time (4pm). In your correspondence, include your new address, as well as any special instructions you might have regarding suspending delivery of your order.

I didn,t receive the parcel and tracking shows my parcel is returned.

If the your shipment tracking shows that your parcel is returning , you can call your nearest Courier office and tell them parcel consignment # which we sent you after shipping your order.Tell them that you need the parcel and they will re-deliver you, or you can contact us at +(92) 213 663 2621 , +(92) 311 226 6754 and we will arrange to re-forward your parcel to you.
